DEXCOM DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION/TALENT ACQUISITION DIGITAL ADVERTISING
As a byproduct of the exponential growth that Dexcom has experienced over the recent years and the company's elevated efforts to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, my team was asked to develop a suite of digital banner ads that drove potential job candidates to a refreshed Dexcom Careers webpage. I developed a range of options that spoke to these ideas and wove in verbiage around the brand's mission statement, "Empowering people to take control of diabetes."
Final creative was run on the official MLB Padres website--a first for Dexcom--resulting in site traffic to the Dexcom Career page that was double its usual number of hits within the initial days of the ad flight.
