POWERMOM STUDY ARTICLES
The PowerMom project, led by Scripps Research, serves to promote healthy pregnancies and babies across populations and reduce the alarming rates of maternal mortality. It leans on health data provided by a growing community of participants to encourage knowledge sharing and greater representation. I was brought on to write SEO-optimized and research-driven articles based on common pregnancy search queries.
The content was shared across PowerMom's digital platforms, as well as those of Philips and other select partner brands. To help ensure that the articles' messaging was engaging and thorough, yet understandable across audiences with varying degrees of education, I had to adhere to a seventh-grade reading level throughout.
